By providing your mobile phone number to Bronzed by Z — whether through our booking process, website form, or any other channel — you explicitly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from us related to your spray tanning appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up care instructions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation text once you have been unsubscribed. Messages are sent using automated technology. We do not send messages outside of our normal business hours unless related to an upcoming appointment. We reserve the right to modify the types of messages we send (e.g., appointment reminders, care tips, promotional offers) but will always honor your opt-out preferences. We are not responsible for any messaging fees charged by your carrier.
For help with our SMS program, reply "HELP" to any message, or contact us at bronzedbyz@gmail.com or (613) 255-6302.
Message and data rates may apply. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to carrier support and availability.
